This Privacy Policy explains how AC Tech Manager ("the Product", "the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our application. Your privacy is important to us, and we have designed the Product with privacy as a core principle.
1. Summary
AC Tech Manager is a fully offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. All information you enter into the app stays on your device and is never sent to any server, third party, or external service.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
The following types of data are never collected, transmitted, or accessed by us:
- Personal identification information (name, email, address, phone number).
- Financial or payment information (credit card numbers, bank details).
- Business data you enter into the app (invoices, quotations, client records).
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking.
- Cookies or similar tracking technologies.
3. How the App Works
AC Tech Manager stores all data locally on your device:
- On Android: Data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
- On Windows Desktop: Data is stored locally on your computer.
There are no user accounts, no cloud synchronization, no external API calls, and no internet connection required to use the app. The app functions entirely offline.
4. Data Backup and Export
The app provides a data export feature that allows you to save all your data as a JSON file to your device. This file is created locally and never uploaded anywhere. You control where this file is stored and with whom it is shared.
5. PDF Generation and Sharing
When you generate a PDF invoice or quotation, the PDF is created locally on your device. The sharing feature uses your device's native share dialog, which allows you to choose how and with whom to share the file. We do not intercept, read, or store shared files.
6. Third-Party Services
The app itself does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. However:
- Payment processing: If you purchase the Product, payment is handled by our payment partner (Merchant of Record). Their privacy policy applies to the purchase transaction. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- App distribution: If you download the app from a platform such as Google Play, that platform's privacy policy applies to the download process.
7. Children's Privacy
AC Tech Manager is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend:
- Using a device lock (PIN, fingerprint, or pattern).
- Regularly backing up your data using the app's export feature.
- Keeping your device's operating system up to date.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store any of your data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. You have full control over all data within the app. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing its storage through your device settings.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
