Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions applicable to refund requests for AC Tech Manager ("the Product"). By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Digital Product — No Automatic Refunds
AC Tech Manager is a digital software product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and access has been granted. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" after delivery.
2. Eligibility for Consideration
We understand that technical issues may arise. Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion only in the following circumstances:
- The Product has a critical technical defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
- The Product was not delivered or you did not receive access after a confirmed payment.
Requests based on change of mind, failure to read the product description, or general dissatisfaction are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the purchase date at support@d1g.qzz.io. Your request must include:
- The email address used during purchase.
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- A detailed description of the technical issue, including screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be considered.
4. Review and Resolution
Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will first attempt to resolve the reported issue. This may include providing technical support, a replacement download, or a product update. A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom development work, consultation sessions, or any service that has been partially or fully delivered.
- Purchases where the buyer has already used the Product beyond initial evaluation.
- Requests made after the 14-day window from the date of purchase.
- Situations where the buyer's device or system does not meet the Product's stated requirements.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact us directly at support@d1g.qzz.io before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in permanent denial of future purchases and services.
