Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using AC Tech Manager ("the Product", "the App"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
AC Tech Manager is a digital software product — a mobile and desktop application designed for HVAC technicians and air conditioning service businesses. The Product is available for Android devices and Windows desktop. It provides invoicing, quotation, client management, inventory tracking, and business reporting functionality.
The Product is sold as a digital download / license. It is developed and maintained by Malek Rsh ("the Developer", "we", "us", "our").
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may install and use the Product on devices you own or control.
This license does not grant you any rights to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Product.
- Use the Product for any unlawful purpose.
3. Product Description
AC Tech Manager includes the following features:
- Create and manage invoices and quotations with line items, discounts, and taxes.
- Client directory with contact details and document history.
- Five professional invoice templates (Modern, Corporate, Premium, Elegant, Classic).
- PDF generation with Arabic (Amiri) font support.
- Business reports with monthly and yearly summaries.
- Inventory and services catalog management.
- Data backup and restore functionality.
- Fully offline operation — no internet connection required.
- Arabic RTL interface with bilingual document support.
The Product does not process payments, collect credit card information, or facilitate financial transactions between users and their clients. It is strictly an invoicing and document management tool.
4. Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive access to download the application. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is instant upon successful payment processing.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed at the point of sale. Payment is processed by our payment partner (the Merchant of Record), which handles all billing, taxes, and compliance on our behalf. We do not directly handle or store your payment information.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are considered final. Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical defects or delivery failures. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete terms and conditions.
7. Data and Privacy
AC Tech Manager operates entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data, business data, or client information. All data entered into the app remains on your device. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Product.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
10. Intellectual Property
The Product, including all code, design, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Product after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
